PROCESS 360 Acquisition News

On 1 October 2025 PROCESS 360 entered in a strategic agreement to acquire specific assets from MANUS 360 in an all cash deal. The acquisition focused on strategic intellectual property intended to build the foundation for the PROCESS 360 consulting, audit, and training practices. Additionally, certain partner and vendor relationships will be novated over to PROCESS 360. The acquisition was lead by the President of MANUS 360, Dallas Bishoff, who will set the vision and strategic direction as he continues in his role as President, and the principal stockholder for PROCESS 360.

The strategic vision of PROCESS 360 will focus on serving the ISO community by aligning our expertise with the evolving demands of the marketplace, especially in the area of Digital Trust services. With the recent updates in ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS), the new ISO 27701 Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) standards, and the addition of the new ISO 42001 AI standard, the demand for expertise continues to grow worldwide.
