PROCESS 360 is a public benefit corporation (PBC) registered in the State of Texas. As a for-profit C corporation, we have stockholders that enforce accountable. By intent, the company has a commitment to give back, and a strategy to do so. A PBC allows our Board of Directors to approve strategy initiatives that may not generate profit, create revenue, or value but does serve the interest of the community that makes our success possible.
